Sauvignon blanc 2008

This wine is made from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen region.

You will taste a strong aroma of tropical fruits dominated by pine-apple and papaya, combined with fresh herbaceous nuances. The palate is fresh and elegant, with a pleasant aftertaste and pine-apple nuances.

 

Traminer Levent 2008

This wine is made from selected Traminer grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Venchan, Provadiya region.

The Traminer wine displays complex taste of dominating rose with nuances of honey and citrus fruits. The taste is alluring, with an elegant and pleasant aftertaste of lychee and rose.

 

Traminer & Vrachanska temenuga 2008

This wine displays the nobility of the Traminer grape combined with the originality of the domestic grape variety Vrachanska temenuga.

The blend brings together the terroir specificity of two vineyards in the regions of Provadiya and Varna. Rose and lychee aromas are complemented by nuances of violet and nutmeg.

Chardonnay Single Vinyard 2008

This wine displays the nobility of the Chardonnay grape variety from the specific terroir of Ilia Popov’s  vineyard  grown in the Goren Merqalak locality near Khan Krum village. 
Attractive fruit aromas, combined with a balanced and complex flavour of mineral character, full body and long aftertaste.

Chardonnay barrel fermented Levent 2008

This wine is produced from selected Chardonnay grapes from the region of Provadia and Shumen. Both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed in French oak barrels, followed by a 3-month aging of the wine in the same barrels.

It displays attractive aromas featuring strong notes of coco-nut, vanilla and citrus fruits. A balanced and complex palate with a mild citric nuance and a long aftertaste.

 

Rose Levent 2008

Wine with a delicate pink colour. Made from special selection of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties from Provadia and Orehovitsa region. The process of cold maceration and fermentation at low temperatures has resulted in a fresh fruity aroma reminiscent of forest berries dominated by strawberry.

Harmonious flavour and mildness intertwined with a pleasant freshness and a remarkably long aftertaste.

Merlot Levent 2007

Merlot from the region of Provadia, Lyubimets and Venchan village, vinified in small-size  oak fermenters, with a subsequent malolactic fermentation and maturing in French oak barrels.

An impressing red wine with aromas of ripe black forest berries, coffee and spices. A fine mild flavour with an elegant velvety finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon Levent 2007

Cabernet Sauvignon  from the region of Orehovitsa and Venchan villages, having fermented in small-size oak fermenters, with a subsequent malolactic fermentation and maturing in French oak barrels.

An attractive red wine with aromas of forest berries, black cherries, chocolate and piquant spices. A complex, harmonious and rich flavour, with soft tannins.

Merlot Grand Selection Levent 2007

This wine is selected from the best barrels of the vintage and made from selected grapes from the region of Lyubimets and Venchan village. It is characterized by a deep garnet-red colour. The nose is intensive, spicy, dominated by black forest berries and spices.

The flavour is firm, dense, harmonious and rich, with a warm character and chocolate nuances. Very long finish, with velvety tannins and accents of black berries, spices and cocoa.

Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Selection Levent 2007

This wine is selected from the best barrels of the vintage, made from selected grapes from the region of Orehovitsa village near Pleven. It is characterized by a deep garnet-red colour.

An attractive wine with an intensive aroma of forest berries, chocolate and piquant spices. The flavour is rich and harmonious, remarkably dense, with a velvety finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc Single Vineyard 2007

This wine displays the nobility of the Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc grape varieties from the specific terroir of Nedyalko Kichukov’s vineyards grown in the Poligona locality in the surroundings of Venchan village near Provadia. The colour is Garnet-red. The intensive aroma of forest berries matches well with the aromas of vanilla, chocolate and spicy condiments. The harmonious and rich flavour is presented with a warm character, full body and a velvety aftertaste. A limited selection of 5500 bottles.

This wine is selected from the best barrels of the vintage, made from selected grapes from four varieties – Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah.

This is a deep Garnet-red wine, intense and spicy on the nose, dominated by black forest berries, chocolate and spicy condiments. The flavour is concentrated, full-bodied, harmonious and rich, with a mild character. A very long-lasting finish of velvety tannins and accents of black berries, spices and cocoa.
