Sauvignon blanc 2007

This wine is made from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen region.

You will taste a strong aroma of tropical fruits dominated by pine-apple and papaya, combined with fresh herbaceous nuances. The palate is fresh and elegant, with a pleasant aftertaste and pine-apple nuances.

Traminer 2007

This wine is made from selected Traminer grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Venchan, Provadiya region.

The Traminer wine displays complex taste of dominating rose with nuances of honey and citrus fruits. The taste is alluring, with an elegant and pleasant aftertaste of lychee and rose.

Traminer & Vrachanska temenuga 2007

This wine displays the nobility of the Traminer grape combined with the originality of the domestic grape variety Vrachanska temenuga.

The blend brings together the terroir specificity of two vineyards in the regions of Provadiya and Varna. Rose and lychee aromas are complemented by nuances of violet and nutmeg.

Chardonnay barrel fermented 2007

This wine is produced from selected Chardonnay grapes from the region of Ruse and village of Troitsa near the city of Shumen. Both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed in new French oak barrels, followed by a 4-month aging of the wine in the same barrels. It displays attractive aromas featuring strong notes of coco-nut, vanilla and citrus fruits. A balanced and complex palate with a mild citric nuance and a long aftertaste.

Chardonnay Grand Selection 2007

A limited selection of the finest barrels of the vintage, this wine is produced from selected grapes harvested from vineyard of the village of Venchan near Provadiya and village of Troitsa, near Shumen. It is a wine possessing an intensive aroma dominated by pine-apple, dried apricot, vanilla, and truffles. The palate is well-balanced, smooth and rounded, of warm character. A very long and memorable finish with notes of roasted nuts in the aftertaste.

An impressing red wine with the aromas of ripe forest black berries, coffee and spices. A fine mild flavour with an elegant velvety finish.

Merlot Nouveaux 2007

A young red wine made from selected grapes from the region of Venchan village, near the town of Provadiya.

A deep red colour, an attractive aroma of morello, cherry and ripe red forest fruits, a lasting palate, impressively rich and mellow, gradually passing into a mild and fresh fruity finish.

Dimyat Barrel Fermented WiniTerra 2006

Wine of selected Dimyat grapes, grown in the vineyard of the village of Osmar in the region of Veliki Preslav.

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed in French oak barrels, followed by a 5-month aging of the wine. Vanilla and citrus fruits notes are prevailing. Well-balanced and complex palate with nice freshness and delicate oak nuances.

Wine made from selected Merlot grapes, grown in the vineyards in the region of the town of Sandanski.

Pinot Gris WiniTerra 2006

This wine is made from selected Pinot Gris grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Pamukchii, in the region of the town of Novi Pazar.

Its citrus fruits notes are blended with fresh flower-bearing aromas. Mild and balanced palate with nuances of lime and minerals.

Rose WiniTerra 2006

Wine of selected Merlot grapes, grown in the region of Sandanski, Svilengrad and Lyubimets. Delicate pink colour.

Attractive nose, full of forest strawberry and raspberry aroma. Mildness, well-developed structure and nice sweetness, impressive balance between bitterness and the notes of sweet ripe fruit form the aftertaste.

Chardonnay WiniTerra 2006

Wine of selected Chardonnay grapes, grown in a vineyard in the region of Varna and Veliki Preslav.

Rubin 2006

This wine is made from selected Rubin Bulgarian grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Belashtitsa, Plovdiv region.

The wine is distinguished by its dark-ruby colour as if touched with morello hue. Strong and rich aroma of red and black forest fruits, in combination with well- integrated oak and accents of coffee, blackberry and blueberry. The palate is mild and intensive, with a memorable spicy finish and nice sweetness.

Merlot 2006

Merlot grapes from the region of Svilengrad – village Chernodab and village of Siva reka, produced in small oak fermentors and a following malolactic fermentation and maturity in French and American oak barrels.

Splendid red wine, with fragrances of red and black ripe forest fruits, coffee, vanilla and spices. The palate is mild, memorable, with exquisite velvet finish and spicy nuances.

This wine is selected from the best vintage barrels in the region of Lyubimets and Svilengrad.

Characterized by a deep Garnet-red colour. The nose is intensive, spicy, dominated by black forest fruits and spices. The palate is firm, dense and rich, with mild character and chocolate nuances. The finish is memorable, of velvet tannins and accents of black berries, spices and cocoa.
